No, pets are not allowed at Klimkówka. However, this is not due to any dislike of animals — we ourselves have a dog — but rather out of care for the health and comfort of our guests. Nowadays, many people suffer from allergies, and sensitivity to pet hair is quite common.
Yes, we provide a travel crib, baby bathtub, and high chair for our guests.
There is no additional charge for using amenities for small children.
Klimkówka is a standalone cottage, not a hotel, and therefore does not have a reception desk. The hosts live in the neighboring house and remain in direct and phone contact with guests.
Yes, it is possible to arrange transport to and from the airport.
For several years, we have been working with a professional transport company.
Our guests have access to new, luxurious Mercedes minibuses.
The drivers speak English fluently.

Yes, free internet is available at Klimkówka. Guests receive the Wi-Fi password upon check-in.
Klimkówka features a well-equipped kitchenette. Guests have access to a refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, microwave, moka pot, and all necessary dishes and utensils for preparing and serving meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Yes, free parking for up to 2 cars is available for guests.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. We do not charge any additional fees for late check-in.
Check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in is usually not possible, as the cottage needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. However, guests may arrive earlier—after informing the owners—to leave their car and luggage, and then check in after 4:00 PM.
We recommend always consulting the owners in advance to confirm whether early arrival is possible.

We will personally welcome you at the parking area and show you the cottage.
We will also provide you with information about the cottage, the immediate surroundings, and—depending on your interests—recommend local attractions.
Of course, open flames are strictly prohibited at Klimkówka. Smoking, the use of additional heating devices, or burning candles is not allowed due to guest safety. Smoking is permitted only on the Klimkówka terrace and in the garden.
Organizing parties and events is not allowed.
